In a consumption based economy where everyone seems to spend more and more on things they do not need and which they do not use where should our money go? Whether it is on designer clothes and jewelry, travelling, eating in the best restaurants or on the best iPad apps money can buy, do we really need to spend big amounts when we could just as easily help those in need and give it to charity and we wouldn’t feel as we are missing something.

My beloved brother gave it to me before he went back to school in Brisbane. I don’t think he will be happy to hear that I won a trip to Brisbane and that I am going to stay there for two weeks.
